1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing products or services from One Second of Strength, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services or materials.
 

 

2. Payment and Purchase Policy

All purchases made through One Second of Strength, LLC are one-time transactions unless otherwise stated. For courses and programs:

  • The full payment amount is required at checkout.

  • No ongoing subscriptions or monthly payment plans apply unless specified.
     

 

3. Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day refund policy for select courses and programs, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund eligibility requires submission of completed homework from the first three modules of the course.

  • Completed homework must be emailed to tanner@secondofstrength.com within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds will not be granted if:

    • Homework is incomplete or not submitted.

    • The request is made after the 30-day period.

Chargebacks are not an acceptable means of canceling your purchase and will be contested.
 

 

4. Use of Course Materials

All materials provided by One Second of Strength, LLC are protected under copyright law. These materials include, but are not limited to:

  • Videos

  • Worksheets

  • Documents

  • Spreadsheets

  • Any other proprietary content

You agree not to:

  • Share materials with third parties.

  • Copy, redistribute, or repurpose content for commercial use.

  • Use the materials beyond personal educational purposes without prior written permission from One Second of Strength, LLC.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
 

 

5. Limitation of Liability

While One Second of Strength, LLC strives to provide high-quality materials and services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our products. You agree that One Second of Strength, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
 

 

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected will only be used to provide services and communicate with you. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
 

 

7. Amendments to Terms

One Second of Strength, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or updated on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
